Cassie, an economist, brings a data-driven approach to solving housing challenges. With a deep understanding of housing markets and economic policy, she is passionate about using responsible real estate investment to enhance affordability, expand access, and promote equity. She is also an interior design enthusiast with a strong passion for creating modern, functional homes that align with the needs and lifestyles of today’s homeowners.

Ronald, meanwhile, brings years of hands-on experience as an electrician, electrical lineman and solar professional, complemented by a strong background in renovation and repair. He blends technical aptitude with a genuine passion for sustainable living. This commitment to energy-efficient, affordable home solutions comes from both expertise and empathy. Having experienced a childhood without a permanent home, Ronald is passionate about helping others achieve the security and dignity of home ownership.

Together, Cassie and Ronald share the conviction that housing is a basic human necessity and that everyone deserves a safe and comfortable place to call home, even as a renter. This shared vision inspired the creation of CassRon Forever Homes LLC, a company dedicated to creating homes that are affordable, sustainable, and community focused.

Originating from the Caribbean, Cassie and Ronald witnessed firsthand the challenges of frequent power outages caused by inclement weather, natural disasters, and load shedding. These experiences sparked their passion for energy efficiency and sustainability. Aware that fossil fuels are nonrenewable, they advocate for homeowners to embrace alternative energy sources, especially solar power to build resilience and reduce dependency on traditional energy systems.
